INSURANCE POLICY:
I am NOT ACCEPTING INSURANCE at this time. I am considered out-of-network, and can provide an invoice for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
For clients with financial concerns, I reserve some sessions with sliding scale fee. Please reach out to discuss.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Out our respect for our time, cancellation within 24 hours and No Shows will incur a fee of $50.
REFUND:
Payment is due on the day of service. I try my best to find how I can help clients with what they need. If there is any issue with my service, I would be happy to discuss how I can do better and refund if necessary.
