Thank you for visiting!
I am a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician based in San Francisco, CA. I have over 10 years of experience providing medical care in a variety of settings, including hospitals, primary care and occupation health clinics, senior living community and telemedicine.
I received my Bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College and my medical degree from A. T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. I completed my Internal Medicine residency at Rowan SOM/Jefferson Health/Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in New Jersey. I am affiliated with Saint Francis Memorial Hospital and Saint Mary Medical Center in San Francisco. I also have worked at California Pacific Medical Center-St. Luke/Mission Bernal and Sutter Delta Medical Center.
In addition to hospital medicine, occupational medicine, and primary care, I specialize in ADHD care including ADHD coaching and life coaching. I offer consultations and treatment for urgent adult illnesses, as well as assessment and integrative treatment for ADHD.
In my practice, I believe that a healthy relationship is built on mutual respect. I am passionate about connecting and supporting my clients in their journey towards optimal health and well-being.
I strive to live a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle. When I am not busy with work, I make an effort to spend quality time with my loved ones and engage in activities that bring me joy, such as playing bridge, going on hikes, traveling to new destinations, and exploring different cultures and experiences.
